As winter invites us to slow down, Warmth Within offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness and Japanese acupuncture.
Led by dance movement therapist Olivia Rooney and Japanese acupuncturist Kailey Chapman, this intimate workshop was designed to cultivate a sense of inner warmth, grounding and nervous system regulation. Through guided movement, a gentle community-style Japanese acupuncture treatment, herbal tea and quiet reflection, participants were supported to reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling nourished from within.
No previous experience with movement or acupuncture was necessary. Participants were welcomed just as they were.
